Pickled radish, Bay scallop, Roasted garlic with chick pea
2005 Big Red
**Wild mushrooms, coddled eggs and organic spinach
2005 Syrah
**Squab breast seared rare and stuffed with spring greens
Braised leg ragout with syrah sauce
2005 Old Vine Zinfandel
**Roasted rack of venison
Dutch gold potato galette and snap peas
2005 Sweet Sierra
**Palmiers, Ginger tuile, Chocolate Sable.
Chocolate ice cream, lavender ice cream and “Old fashioned” sorbet
