2005 Walla Walla Cabernet Sauvignon-whole roasted lamb…roasted rack and loin with braised shoulder over glazed vegetables with lamb demi glaze.

2004 Columbia Valley Syrah-bittersweet chocolate torte and chocolate ice cream
