12 Bridges Gin Parisian from Celilo Restaurant

New Gin on the Market!

Crazy new product on the market, a Micro-Distilled Gin from a company called 12 Bridges. Not that micro brewed is new, but this is really something special....

I agree. 12 Bridges gin is really good.
The distiller is named Integrity Spirits. They also make a great vodka named Lovejoy.

I agree that 12 Bridges Gin is smooth. I find that non-gin drinkers really like it, but seasoned gin drinkers are not sure. Any seasoned gin drinkers out there have an opinion?

P.S. I like gin and I really like 12 Bridges.

Kinda like Hendricks Gin. Very cucumber/melon like. Light on the juniper.

As a long time British gin drinker I've recently started working my way through the new local gins being distilled here in Oregon and so far my favorite is the Cascade Mountain Gin by Bendistillery in Bend. I have heard from others how much they like the 12 Bridges by Integrity Spirits, but to be honest I am turned off by a significant hint of what I interpret as anise, fennel, or black licorice. I guess it just isn't my cup of gin.
