You know, as an owner, we can walk through the restaurant and taste "what's up" at any point during the day. Usually it's all about standing up in the back of the kitchen, eating a meal between breaths........

Winter time means comfort to us. A slower pace, and time to sit down. The seasons also bring us heartier fare.....stews, root vegetables, roasts....yum.
