First Friday Music information

This coming First Friday June 5th we will have the music of Ben Bonham playing.  Many of you may know Ben already, he has played at the 6th Street in the past so be sure to come see him again!  Ben can and will play a little of everything from Delta Blues, Folk, Country Blues guitar and even some Vintage Hawaiian, I said a little bit of everything....  With some luck with the weather he will be in the courtyard and we will set some seats out there to enjoy his music and a cocktail as well.
Stacie and I look forward to seeing you soon...

Summers Here, at least this week!

April is here....and with it spring flowers and sunshine.  After getting a fresh coat of paint, the deck is open!  So come enjoy your lunch and soak up some sun.  We open for lunch at 11:30, so come early.  Or order your food to-go and we will box it up for you.
For dinner, Ian and the kitchen staff have come up with new items for the spring menu and specials board.  Fresh fish, lamb and BBQ baby back ribs....they just melt in your mouth.  Don't worry, all your old favorites will still be available too.
We have lots of great music lined up for First Fridays this summer, so be sure to come by and see who is playing on those nights.
Stacie and I look forward to seeing you soon.

Fire in the Hole!

I just had to Post this.......Ben did a chef night over at Double Mountain, and he wanted to try Vitaly Paley's version of Planked Salmon (where you pile it all on top of the plank, onions, seasonings and everything and you basically manage the near-inferno.)

It worked, and it was amazing, but there were some sideways glances there for a moment......take a look at the photo! :)

David O'Reilly Wine Dinner is sold out......

Sorry, but there were alot of seats and this one did sell out. Can't do much more than that.

There are still a few tickets for the Charles Smith Wine Dinner on June 11th! It's the last one of the year, and if you are a fan of Walla Walla, you KNOW that a K Vintners dinner is going to be a blast. It's family style to boot. Great way to start the Summer!

THANK YOU ALL! this years series was the best yet. Great for Food, Great for Hood River Restaurants!

Yes, we know.

....More seats for the Chef Series......Yes, we've heard everyone....We are unsure how to do it, because the BEST PART of the cooking series is the fact that it's such a small group!

Next winter we'll be back with another series, and we will either do a few more, or have a format that can handle more people. Now that we have rebuilt those large tables in the kitchen, we should be able to make it happen!

THANK YOU! to everyone who signed up, and came and enjoyed the classses and meals. Anyone making pasta at home yet?
