What's up at the Sixth Street December 2007....

Cozy and Warm! Cozy and Warm!

We've added some long overdue insulation in the attic at the Sixth Street, (final step from the water leak repairs) and it's nice and snug and warm in the Loft!

The Happy Hour is going well, and Two For Tuesday is....well, Two For Tuesday!

The New TV is in, the Bartender is Happy.....and all is well at the Sixth Street to close out the year.

Celilo's 2008 Wine Dinner Series....

On Sale, January Second. Our dinners are becomming a great special treat in the late winter and early spring. Join us for five courses, lively conversation, and a celebration of the wine that makes our area so special.

The Evenings are as follows:

February 28th, Cathedral Ridge- $65.00
Wine Press Northwest Oregon Winery of the year. They offer a full range of reds and whites. Come learn about growing grapes in the Gorge, the new AVA promises to be the beginning of a new era around here....

April 10th, Owen Roe/O'Reilly's- $75.00
David O'Reilly's wines are continually a staff favorite, year after year. With such a wide variety of wines made, there is something for everyone to enjoy! He and his staff are a treat to dine with, too....

May 8th, Dominio IV- $65.00
Their family vineyard- "Three Sleeps" is in Mosier- growing syrah and tempranillo there currently. Their vineyard is farmed Biodynamically. Come and taste something from the next generation of growers in the area....


June 12th, Woodward Canyon- $85.00
One of the oldest and most respected wineries in Washington. We are honored to host this event and we are sure that it will be an unforgettable evening.

Dungeness Crab Salad
Local Dungeness crab salad, whole grain mustard, tarragon and cream. White Oak Farms organic micro greens and cucumber salad.


New York Strip Loin
Cascade Natural NY Strip loin.
grilled to your preference. Organic potato puree, Brussels sprouts and
red wine sauce.

Halibut
Pan seared Alaskan halibut, served over French lentils, vegetables and ruby chard. Sauce of sweet garlic-chive butter.

House made chocolate cake with Valrhona chocolate shavings and
